United Drilling Tools Ltd has appointed M/s Grover Lalla & Mehta, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 21, 2026. M/s Grover Lalla & Mehta, represented by Mr. Pankaj Bansal, has over 29 years of experience in corporate laws, secretarial audits, internal audits, due diligence, and corporate legal matters consultancy. There is no relationship between the appointed auditor and any Director/KMP/Senior Management of the Company.
