United Drilling Tools Re-appoints Independent Directors for 5 Years

United Drilling Tools Ltd has announced the commencement of the second term for two Non-Executive Independent Directors, Mr. Ved Prakash Mahawar and Mrs. Preet Verma. Their re-appointment is effective from June 25, 2026, and will extend for a period of five consecutive years, concluding on June 24, 2031. This decision follows the approval of the members through a postal ballot. Mr. Mahawar brings approximately 45 years of experience in the oil and gas equipment manufacturing sector, while Mrs. Verma offers extensive expertise from her roles in the Indian Audit and Accounts Services, the Office of the CAG of India, the United Nations, and as COO of Tech Mahindra Foundation. Both directors are not debarred from holding office by any regulatory authority.
