United Spirits Appoints Daniel Mobley as Additional Director

United Spirits Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Daniel Mobley as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director) effective July 6, 2026. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Mobley brings extensive experience in corporate relations and reputation management, having served as Global Corporate Relations Director at Diageo and held various roles in public service and NGOs. He holds degrees from the University of Oxford. Mr. Mobley has affirmed he is not debarred from holding a director's office.
