Trading Window Closure Announced by United Textiles Ltd for QE 31.03.2026

United Textiles Limited has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company, effective from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain closed until the second trading day after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the period ending 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board meeting where the results will be considered is yet to be announced.
