United Van Der Horst Ltd Declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.20 per Share for FY 2025-26

United Van Der Horst Ltd has announced the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved an interim dividend of Rs. 0.20 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members or in the records of the Depositories as Beneficial Owners of Equity Shares as on the Record Date fixed for the aforesaid purpose which is February 13, 2026.
