Vipul Jayraj Kapadia Acquires 2.45% Stake in Universal Arts Ltd

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has received a disclosure from Vipul Jayraj Kapadia under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Mr. Kapadia has acquired 2.45% stake in Universal Arts Ltd. The acquisition includes 243,881 shares carrying voting rights. No warrants, convertible securities, or any other instrument that entitles the acquirer to receive shares carrying voting rights in the TC were acquired.
