Universal Cables Ltd to Manufacture Advanced HTLS Conductors with TS Conductor Corp, USA

Universal Cables Ltd has received approval from its Board of Directors to execute a Manufacturing Agreement with TS Conductor Corp, USA. The agreement allows the company to manufacture and sell High Temperature Low Sag (HTLS) Conductors with TS® Aluminium Encapsulated Composite Core produced to the TS® Core specification. TS Conductor Corp will supply the Aluminium Encapsulated Composite Core, jointing & associated accessories and guidance for installation. The agreement is proposed to be entered into on an arm’s length basis and is not a related party transaction. This partnership will enable Universal Cables Ltd to strengthen its Conductor portfolio and seize emerging opportunities in the high performance Conductor market.
