Uniworth International Ltd to Approve Q4 2025 Unaudited Financial Results on Feb 12, 2026

Uniworth International Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will be held at the company's registered office in Kolkata. In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window closure was effective from January 1, 2026, and will remain so until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results to the Stock Exchange.
