Trading Window Closure for Uniworth Securities Ltd's Q3 2025 Results

Uniworth Securities Ltd (formerly Indoworth Holdings Limited) has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons and insiders. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for the prevention of Insider Trading. The closure is due to the finalization of the unaudited accounts for the quarter ended 31st December 2025. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the same quarter. The date of the board meeting for the approval of the unaudited accounts is yet to be intimated.
