Uno Minda Ltd. to Acquire 49.90% Stake in UMBM and Terminate Joint Venture Agreement with Buehler

Uno Minda Ltd. has announced the acquisition of a 49.90% stake in Uno Minda Buehler Motor Private Limited (UMBM) from Buehler Motor GmbH, Germany. This acquisition will make UMBM a wholly owned subsidiary of Uno Minda Ltd. The company will also terminate the existing joint venture agreement with Buehler. Additionally, Uno Minda Ltd. will invest up to INR 40 Crores in UnoMinda EV Systems Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary. The acquisition and termination are expected to be completed in Q4 FY26.
