Uno Minda Ltd., a leading automotive components manufacturer, has clarified its stance on recent news publications regarding the company's potential involvement in making rare earth magnets in India. The company is actively engaging with stakeholders to evaluate localization opportunities and reduce industry dependence on imports. However, no commercial feasibility or preliminary proposals have been analyzed yet. The company will make appropriate disclosures as and when required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
