UP Hotels Ltd Board Meeting on 13/02/2026 to Approve Q3 and Nine Months Financial Results

UP Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2026. The Board will consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months’ period ended 31%t December, 2025. In accordance with the Company’s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s shares has been closed from January 1, 2026 and will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges.
