UP Hotels Ltd has announced that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all insiders including designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from 15th April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026, will be communicated later.
