Mr. Subinder Jeet Singh Khurana has resigned as an Independent Director from Denave India Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Updater Services Limited. The resignation is effective from the close of business hours on July 31, 2026, citing pre-occupation and personal commitments. Mr. Khurana will also step down from his positions on the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
