Updater Services: Raghunandana Tangirala re-appointed as CMD for 5 years

Updater Services Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Raghunandana Tangirala as the Managing Director and Chairperson for a period of five years, effective January 1, 2027. The Board approved this re-appointment on May 28, 2026, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Tangirala, a first-generation entrepreneur with over four decades of experience in the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) industry, has been instrumental in the company's growth, including its IPO and strategic acquisitions. The Board emphasized that his continued leadership is vital for integrating these acquisitions, realizing long-term strategic synergies, and ensuring the company's continuity, stability, and sustained growth. He is also noted as the father-in-law of Mrs. Jigyasa Sharma, an Executive Director of the company.
