UPL Reappoints Naina Lal Kidwai as Independent Director

UPL Ltd has re-appointed Ms. Naina Lal Kidwai as a Non-Executive, Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Kidwai's profile includes her role as Chairperson and Senior Advisor of Rothschild & Co India, Senior Advisor of Advent International Private Equity and TPG Rise, and Independent Director on the boards of Holcim SA, Biocon, Gland Pharma, and UPL. She is not related to any Director on the Board of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of director.
