UPL's Advanta Seeds Brazil to Sell Serra Bonita Sementes S.A. Assets for USD 125 Million

Advanta Seeds Brazil, a global seed company under UPL Group, has entered into an agreement to sell all the assets of its associate company, Serra Bonita Sementes S.A., for a total consideration of USD 125 million. This strategic transaction reflects UPL's continued focus on optimizing its asset portfolio and unlocking value. The sale proceeds are expected to be fully disbursed to Serra Bonita's shareholders in the next few months. The transaction will further strengthen UPL's relationship with the Roquetto Group, a leading force in Brazilian agribusiness, and expand the use of UPL's crop protection and seed technologies in Serra Bonita's farming operations.
