Upsurge Investment Appoints Manish Kabra as CFO

Upsurge Investment & Finance Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Manish Kabra as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and is effective from November 5, 2026. Mr. Kabra brings over 17 years of experience in financial management, accounting, taxation, auditing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, with prior experience in BSE-listed companies and CA firms. He holds a CA-IPCC qualification and an M.Com degree.
