Uravi Defence And Technology Limited Transfers 50.01% Shareholding in SKL to Mr. Krishnakumar Bhatia and Mrs. Bhavna Bhatia

Uravi Defence And Technology Limited has transferred 50.01% of its shareholding in SKL India (Private) Limited to Mr. Krishnakumar Bhatia, Managing Director of SKL, and Mrs. Bhavna Bhatia, Director of SKL. This decision was approved at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on March 02, 2026. As a result of this transaction, Mr. Niraj Gada, Promoter and Director of SKL, and Mr. Niken Shah, Independent Director of SKL, have resigned from the Board of SKL with effect from the same date. Consequent to this, SKL India Private Limited has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company.
