Uravi Defence Appoints Viren Gandhi & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Uravi Defence and Technology Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s Viren Gandhi & Co. as its new Statutory Auditors. The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors, is effective from September 30, 2026, and will span a term of five consecutive years, concluding at the 27th Annual General Meeting. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Viren Gandhi & Co. is a multi-disciplinary Chartered Accountancy firm with expertise in IND AS Convergence, Statutory Audits, Taxation, and Business Advisory services. The firm is peer-reviewed and holds the requisite ICAI Certificate.
