Urban Company partners’ net in-hand earnings rises to INR 28,322 per month; Top earners make INR 51,673 or ~60% higher than entry level IT salaries

Urban Company shared its latest partner earnings data for the 9M FY26 period, highlighting steady growth in partner earnings. The average monthly net earnings in hand for all active service partners stands at INR 28,322, up from INR 26,489 in the same period last year. The top 5% of UC service professionals earned INR 51,673 per month, net in hand. This is significantly higher than entry level IT salaries, which are assumed at INR 4 lacs per annum. Urban Company continues to invest in partner enablement across safety, insurance, access to credit, long-term financial security, training and technology.
