Urban Company partners' net in-hand earnings rises to INR 28,322 per month; Top earners make INR 51,673 or 60% higher than entry level IT salaries

Urban Company shared its latest partner earnings data for the 9M FY26 period, highlighting steady growth in partner earnings and continued career progression enabled by the platform. The average monthly net earnings in hand for all active service partners stood at INR 28,322, up from INR 26,489 in the same period last year. The top 20% UC service professionals earned an average of INR 342,418 per month, net in hand, while the top 5% earned INR 51,673 per month, net in hand. This sustained earnings differential highlights the platform’s ability to support merit-based livelihood opportunities.
