Urja Global Ltd. to Approve Q3 & Nine Months Results for 2025 on Feb 2, 2026

Urja Global Ltd. has announced a Board of Directors meeting on February 2, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025. The meeting will also take on record the limited review report from the statutory auditors for the same period. In accordance with the SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the company has been closed from January 1, 2026, till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025.
