USG Tech Solutions Board Meeting on Aug 13 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

USG Tech Solutions Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also address matters related to the Annual General Meeting (AGM), including approving the draft notice, fixing the time and date for the AGM for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and approving the draft Directors' Report. Additionally, the board will discuss the appointment of NSDL for remote e-voting and a scrutinizer for the AGM's e-voting process. Any other business with the chair's permission may also be considered.
