Usha Martin: Board approves auditor, director appointments

Usha Martin Ltd's board approved the appointment of M/s. MSKA & Associates LLP as the new statutory auditors for a 5-year term, subject to shareholder approval, replacing M/s. S R Batliboi & Co. LLP. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Venkatachalam Ramakrishna Iyer and Mr. Sethurathnam Ravi as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a second and final 5-year term. Additionally, Ms. Shreya Jhawar, Mr. Dimitri Bracco Gartner, and Mr. Sabyasachi Majumder were appointed as Additional Directors (Non-Executive, Non-Independent), all effective from 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
