Usha Martin Ltd has entered into an agreement with UGP Engineering Private Limited for the sale of leasehold land, along with structures, plant & machinery, situated at Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu. The total consideration for the sale is Rs. 29.52 crores. The agreement was executed on 21st August 2025, with the expected completion date on the same day. UGP Engineering Private Limited does not belong to the promoter, promoter group, or group companies of Usha Martin Ltd. This transaction is not a related party transaction and is outside the Scheme of Arrangement.
