Usha Martin Sells UM Cables Undertaking to RR Kabel

Usha Martin Limited has executed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with RR Kabel Limited for the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary, U M Cables Limited's, business undertaking. The transaction is structured as a slump sale on a going-concern basis. This follows an earlier intimation and shareholder approval from U M Cables Limited. The disclosure requirements under SEBI Listing Regulations have been met, and the agreement was executed on September 25, 2026.
