UTI AMC Appoints Narayan Subramaniam Ayypankav as Additional Director

UTI Asset Management Company Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Narayan Subramaniam Ayypankav as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Category) to its Board. The appointment, approved via circular resolution on July 31, 2026, is effective from the same date and will last for three years, until July 30, 2029, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Ayypankav brings over three decades of experience in finance and financial services, notably from the Kotak Mahindra Group, where he held various senior leadership and board roles. He is not related to any existing Director and is not debarred from holding a directorship.
