UTI AMC: P. V. Bharathi to be New Chairperson from July 29

UTI Asset Management Company Ltd announced a change in its Board composition and the selection of its next Chairperson. Mr. Deepak Kumar Chatterjee will complete his term as Non-Executive Independent Director and Chairperson on July 28, 2026. The Board has appointed Ms. P. V. Bharathi, currently a Non-Executive Independent Director, as the new Chairperson, effective July 29, 2026. Ms. Bharathi brings extensive banking experience, including roles as Executive Director and Chief Risk Officer, and previously as MD & CEO of Corporation Bank. The company acknowledged Mr. Chatterjee's valuable contributions.
