Utkarsh SFB Appoints Manmohan Shetty as CFO

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Manmohan Shetty as its Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors following recommendations from the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Shetty brings over two decades of experience in banking and financial services, having held leadership roles at Viksit Capital, Barclays Bank, and Lehman Brothers. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Commerce degree from Mumbai University. His appointment is effective from September 19, 2026.
