Utkarsh SFB Fixes Record Date for NCD Call Option

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Ltd has fixed July 29, 2026, as the record date for its call option on Non-Convertible Debentures (ISIN INE735W08038). The bank's Capital Structuring and Fund Raise Committee approved the exercise of this call option on August 13, 2026, to redeem 1,950 Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Lower Tier II Bonds (in the nature of Non-Convertible Debentures) aggregating up to ₹195 crores at par. A supplementary debenture trust deed will be executed with IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited. Notice regarding the call option will be issued to debenture holders and the trustee in due course.
