Uttam Sugar Mills Ltd has announced its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 18, 2026, at 12:00 Noon via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The company will present the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2025-26. A key agenda item is the declaration of a final dividend of 25% (₹2.50 per equity share). Additionally, the AGM will address the re-appointment of Mr. Shankar Lal Sharma as a Director liable to retire by rotation and as Whole Time Director, along with the approval of his remuneration.
