Uttam Sugar Mills Ltd has announced that the record date for determining eligibility for the final dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 has been fixed as Friday, September 11, 2026. This decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on August 10, 2026. The meeting also approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and scheduled the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 18, 2026. The final dividend, if approved by shareholders at the AGM, will be paid within the prescribed timelines to eligible shareholders.
