Mr. Hemendra Jitendra Shroff, previously a Non-executive, Non-Independent Director, has been appointed as Non-Independent Executive Director cum Chief Financial Officer, with over 27 years of experience in Investment Banking. Following these appointments, several board committees, including Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, Stakeholders Grievance, and Risk Management, have been reconstituted.
