V B Desai Financial Services Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 01st April, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders'. The trading window will reopen after 48 hours of the declaration of the results. The date of the Board meeting for considering the results will be intimated separately.
