V-Mart Retail Q4 Revenue Up 24%, EBITDA Grows 56% YoY

V-Mart Retail Ltd reported a 24% YoY increase in revenue to ₹971 crore and a 56% YoY increase in EBITDA to ₹106 crore for Q4 FY26. Adjusted PAT stood at ₹10 crore. For the full year FY26, revenue increased by 16% YoY to ₹3,789 crore, EBITDA grew by 36% YoY to ₹513 crore, and adjusted PAT increased by 507% to ₹125 crore. Same store sales growth (SSSG) was +12% for the quarter and +5% for the year. The company added 29 new stores in Q4, bringing the total store count to 577.
