V-Mart shifts Corporate Office to new Gurugram address

V-Mart Retail Ltd. announced the shifting of its Corporate Office and maintenance of books of accounts from Plot No. 862, Udyog Vihar, Phase-V, Gurugram-122016 to Plot No. 90-D, Sector-18, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram-122015. This change, approved by the Board of Directors on April 27, 2026, will be effective from April 29, 2026. The company stated that the move is for administrative and operational convenience and will not adversely impact business operations or financial performance. All official communications will now be carried out from the new Corporate Office address, while the Registered Office address remains unchanged.
