V2 Retail Q2 FY27 Revenue Up 28% to ₹905.6 Cr

V2 Retail reported a strong Q2 FY27 with revenue from operations reaching ₹905.6 crore, a 28% year-on-year growth, despite a shift in festive demand to Q3. Gross margin expanded by 310 basis points to 31.1%, and EBITDA grew 41% YoY to ₹120.3 crore, with EBITDA margin improving to 13.3%. Profit After Tax (PAT) increased by 6% YoY to ₹18.2 crore, impacted by higher depreciation. For H1 FY27, revenue grew 42% YoY to ₹1,902.8 crore, EBITDA surged 50% YoY to ₹259.7 crore, and PAT rose 43% YoY to ₹60.9 crore. The company operated 427 stores as of September 30, 2026, opening 49 stores in Q2 and 106 in H1 FY27. Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG) for Q2 FY27 was -14.9%, normalizing to 0.5% on a normalized basis due to the festive timing shift. Full-price sales accounted for 91% of total sales.
