Vaarad Ventures Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

Vaarad Ventures Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all promoters, directors, officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. The window will remain shut from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026. Additionally, in line with SEBI circulars, designated persons' PANs will be submitted to the depository for freezing trading rights. The company will announce the board meeting date for approving the financial results in due course.
