Vaarad Ventures Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for 3rd Quarter 2025

Vaarad Ventures Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the 3rd quarter ending on 31st December 2025. Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will be closed from 1st January 2026 for all promoters, directors, officers, other designated persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 become generally available. This closure is in compliance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD- 2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated April 21, 2025. All Promoters and Promoter Group Directors, KMPs, Designated Persons/Employees, connected persons, Fiduciaries and their immediate relatives are prohibited from dealing in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during this period.
