Vadilal Dairy International Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Vadilal Dairy International Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for its designated persons. The closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting to consider the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31 March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting will be intimated separately.
