Vadilal Enterprises Ltd to Approve Unaudited Financial Results for Q4 2025 in Board Meeting on 10th February 2026

Vadilal Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2026. The Board Meeting will consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025. The notice is being submitted pursuant to regulations 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons till February 12, 2026, as per the Company’s Code of Practices and Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information for Prevention of Insider Trading, adopted by the Board of Directors, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended from time to time.
