Vadilal Enterprises Ltd has informed the BSE that the company's Board of Directors will meet on November 11, 2025, at 2nd Floor, South Block, Puniska House, Next to One-42, Opp, Jayantilal Park BRTS Stop, Bopal-Ambli Road, Ahmedabad-380058. The Board will consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2025. The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons till November 13, 2025, as per the Company’s Code of Practices and Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information for Prevention of Insider Trading.
