Virendrabhai Ramchandra Gandhi has directly acquired equity shares in Vadilal Industries Limited (VIL) and Vadilal Enterprises Limited (VEL). The acquisition in VIL includes 1,07,931 shares (1.50%) from Mrs. Ila V Gandhi and 2,977 shares (0.04%) via joint capacity transfer. In VEL, he acquired 8,957 shares (1.04%) from Mrs. Ila V Gandhi, 10,613 shares (1.23%) from Mr. Janmajay Virendrabhai Gandhi, 2,912 shares (0.34%) via joint capacity transfer with Mrs. Ila V Gandhi, and 50 shares (0.006%) via joint capacity transfer with Mr. Janmajay Virendrabhai Gandhi. Notably, these transactions have not altered the aggregate promoter/promoter group shareholding in either VIL or VEL.
