Vadilal Industries: Virendrabhai Gandhi Transfers Shares to IVG Trust

Virendrabhai Ramchandra Gandhi has transferred 2,66,565 shares (3.72%) of Vadilal Industries Ltd and 91,777 shares (10.64%) of Vadilal Enterprises Ltd to IVG Trust. This transfer was made pursuant to a SEBI Exemption Order. Importantly, the aggregate promoter and promoter group shareholding in both companies remains unchanged following this transaction. The disclosure was made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
