Emrock Corp Signs 12 MW Solar PPA with UGVCL

Emrock Corporation Ltd has received confirmation from Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited (UGVCL) for Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) to supply solar power totaling 12 MW. These PPAs are for three solar power projects, each with a 4 MW capacity, located at different sites. The agreements are valid for 25 years under the Gujarat Renewable Energy Policy, 2023. The estimated annual revenue from these projects is approximately ₹637.56 Lakhs (₹6.3756 Crore), based on an estimated tariff of ₹2.76 per unit and an annual generation of 231 lakh units. Power generation is expected to commence by March 20, 2028, for one project and March 23, 2028, for the other two. This brings Emrock's total confirmed power supply commitments with UGVCL to 40 MW.
