Parth Patel Acquires 4.64% Stake in Vaghani Techno-Build Limited for Rs.5,22,00,000

Parth Patel, Promoter, Director, and CFO of Vaghani Techno-Build Limited, has acquired 2,42,400 Equity Shares of the company through an open offer. This acquisition constitutes 4.64% of the total paid-up capital of the company and was made on 19th November 2025 under a Share Purchase Agreement dated 23rd July 2024. The shares were acquired at a price of Rs.5,22,00,000 divided into 52,20,000 Equity shares of Rs.10 each. Post-acquisition, Patel's holding along with PACs stands at 24.38%.
