Vaibhav Global H1 FY27 Revenue Up 9.7% to ₹1,855.4 Cr

Vaibhav Global Limited (VGL) reported its H1 and Q2 FY27 financial results, highlighting a platform transition from Salesforce Commerce Cloud to Shopify Enterprise. This transition caused temporary integration challenges impacting digital conversion and revenue. Despite this, H1 FY27 revenue grew 9.7% to ₹1,855.4 crore, with Q2 FY27 revenue at ₹938.4 crore, up 7.0%. EBITDA for H1 FY27 increased 9.6% to ₹178.3 crore (9.6% margin), while Q2 FY27 EBITDA was ₹76.2 crore (8.1% margin). The European business showed growth in constant currency, and the B2B segment recorded strong growth. VGL is now focused on restoring digital momentum and improving operating leverage.
