Vaishno Cement Board Approves Director Re-appointments, Auditor Changes

Vaishno Cement Company Ltd. announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on August 17, 2026. The board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Jatin Nanji Chheda as Whole Time Director and also as a Director retiring by rotation. Additionally, Mrs. Rajeswari Bangal and Mr. Suman Das were re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors. The company also accepted the resignation of its Secretarial Auditor, M/s. Nishant Bajaj & Associates, and appointed M/s. NNJ & Co. as the new Secretarial Auditor for a term of five years. The Board also fixed the date, time, venue, and book closure for the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
