Vaishno Cement Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Vaishno Cement Company Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be shut from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results for the said quarter are made public. All designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised against trading in the company's securities during this period.
